* You need php or other server side scripting to utilize the change location user interaction
* You can still show 1 default location (which you choose) if you do not have php or other server side scripting
* Choose to let the user change loactions or not by this variable: userChange = true; //true or false
* Displays the current temperature and weather conditions anywhere in the world with a brief up to date forcast using yahoos rss feed
* If more than 1 location matches, you will be able to select the proper location. (example: try Paris, France or Green, IN)
* Refreshes automatically every 15 minutes so it will stay current
* User can change the weather location to anywhere in the world (all the countries have been included in my array)
* Drag the weather around the stage
* Uses local shared object to store the users last entries and loads them the next time they visit
* You can disable the local shared object if you want the same location to be displayed all the time
* Toggle between celsius and fahrenheit using bottom tabs
* Movie clip can be easily dropped into any current flash project or use as is on any web page
